That’s 1,257% more expensive than the cheapest, or “get in” price of last season’s home opener when it cost $7 for a seat. Prices on the secondary market are elevated for the rest of Inter Miami’s season with tickets about 70% more expensive than last year. CNN —A soccer player was “forcibly removed” after entering the match officials’ locker room after the Major League Soccer (MLS) playoff game between FC Cincinnati and the New York Red Bulls earlier this month, according to the Professional Soccer Referees Association (PSRA). Major League Soccer suspended Philadelphia Union defender Kai Wagner on Tuesday for three matches for violating the league’s on-field anti-discrimination policy after the league launched an investigation into whether he used a racial slur against a New England Revolution player. CNN —DC United and Taxi Fountas have “mutually agreed” to terminate the Greek forward’s contract after Major League Soccer found “credible allegations” that the 27-year-old used “prohibited and discriminatory language” against another player. The Revolution said it suspended Arena due to the MLS investigation into the matter. The New York native has twice coached the U.S. men's national team including at the 2002 and 2006 World Cup and led the team to three Gold Cup titles. He joined the Revolution in 2019 and in his first four seasons with the club they made three playoff appearances.
